Details Information for clients wishing to use OLCC within Internet Explorer 7

For those clients who are upgrading to Internet Explorer 7 and are on the hosted solution you may find that when exporting files it appears in some instances that the window that allows the file to be opened or save does not pop.  For anyone experiencing this there are two options.  When attempting to export any file hold down the CTRL key before selecting the export option.  This key can be found both at the bottom left and right on your keyboard.  Another option available is to follow these steps:

1. Navigate in IE to Tools->Internet Options
2. Select the Security Tab
3. Select the "Trusted Sites" zone.
4. Click the "Sites" button.
5. Add the URL of the hosted server (ex:
https://olccX.on-linetechnologies.com). Accept changes (X = the hosted server that you are on which can also be seen in the URL that you use to get into OLCC)
6. From the Security Tab, hit the "Custom Level" button
7. Scroll down through the list of options and verify that the following settings are correct:
FileDownload = Enabled
Launching Programs And Files In an IFrame = Enabled
Display Mixed Content = Enable
8. Accept changes
