Details The Help Desk is so much more than just a tool to submit tickets for support related issues that arise.

The On-Line Technologies Help Desk is a beneficial resource to create efficiency for support issues, training needs, and desired “customized projects”.  The Help Desk is so much more than just a tool to submit tickets for support related issues that arise.  You are also able to request customized reports or desired features that will benefit how you manage your business.  This is also a great way of requesting additional training on sections of the application that you want to learn more about.

 

The Help Desk is the most effective way to communicate your needs to OLT.  This gives us the ability to view the issue or request that you have submitted and monitor the assignment, status and updates on each of those tickets.  Each time that a ticket is submitted or replied to, you will receive an automated email.  This will allow you to be informed each time that a ticket is being worked on.  As an additional feature, the emails can be used to reply directly to the help desk ticket however, we do recommend that you log in when entering a new ticket or if you need to review the entire history of activity regarding a specific ticket.

 

We encourage all of our new or existing clients that aren’t as familiar with how, or when, to submit a ticket, to please reference the ’Module: Support Help Desk / Topic: How to use the Help Desk’ located in the Downloads section of the Support Suite in the Training folder.  This module provides step by step instructions on using this resource.  Clients that currently use the help desk ticket system may also find this module to be of help in optimizing the benefits they get from using the system.
