When using Internet Explorer 7 please do not use tabbed browsing where you have OLCC open in one tab and various other pages open under other tabs.  This has caused issues with recorder and CTI when moving back and forth between tabs such as the service becoming disabled or disappearing.  If you must use Internet Explorer for another purpose it would be advisable that you open another browser.
